What size prints should I order?
The 11x14 and 8x10 are the most popular sizes for nurseries and bedrooms while 5x7 is the most popular for bathrooms. Below are some helpful measurements in determining how much wall space you want your artwork to occupy.
Standard Mattress Widths:

→ Twin mattress is 38" long
→ Full mattress is 53" long
→ Queen mattress is 60" long
→ Cal King mattress is 72" long

When will I receive my prints?
For printed orders, processing takes 3 to 5 business days. This does not include shipping time. You have the option to choose priority shipping at checkout for 1-3 day delivery once shipped.
Can I purchase a custom sized print?
Yes, I am happy to speak with you about your interest in a custom size print. Please contact me via message or email@example.com.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, I do not accept returns. Each art piece is made to order. All sales are final. Please choose your art pieces wisely. Product exchanges are only available in the unlikely event you receive a product that is defective or in damaged condition.
What type of paper do you print on?
I print on Matte Fine Art Paper for true depth and range of colors. The combination used for matte coating break up reflections and glare, making viewing from all angles easy.
Without question, this is a truly unique paper that closely matches the brightest colors and sharpest details.
Can I purchase the high-resolution image so I can print it myself?

I am happy to work with customers and want to ensure that you have a product that you absolutely love. I welcome custom order requests, although I am not always able to accept 100% of the requests that I receive. If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me for a quote. NOTE: Custom orders can vary in price due to the difficulty of each order and the time involved in creating the designs. All custom orders must be approved by me and paid prior to creating. Custom orders could take up to one month to complete prior to shipping depending on my order volume at the time of the request.
Orders take approximately 3 - 5 business days for processing and printing. After processed and printed, your order will be shipped. PLEASE, please ensure that you have selected the correct address at checkout. Customers will be responsible for purchasing shipping a second time when an incorrect address has been provide to Design South. Domestic shipping: Orders are shipped with USPS after payment and processing. Delivery time varies, but typically takes 3 - 7 business days. Tracking information is provided for USPS. Note: USPS provides a guide for shipping; however, depending on holidays and volume of work, they may take longer to deliver. The estimated date of delivery is not always accurate and is sometimes delivered after that date that is provided. Be sure to track your order and please email me if you have any questions. International shipping: Orders can take up to four weeks for delivery. Please let me know if you have not received your prints in that time frame. Costs that are incurred above typical shipping fees, such as custom fees are the buyer's responsibility. Most prints are shipped in mailing tubes to help in preventing damage during shipping. There is no shipping involved with digital file purchases. These items are digital downloads or are sent to the buyer's email address. If you would like your digital purchase to be sent to a different email address, please provide it in the 'notes to seller' section when ordering. NOTE: Changes to invitations can only be made up to seven days after purchase, as all invitation files are deleted after one week.
Returns and exchange details
I am a happy person and want happy customers. If your package comes to you damaged, I am happy to resend your items at no cost to you. Simply send me a photo of the damages via designsouthchs [!at] gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and I'll gladly replace it. If you have questions or concerns about an item you've received, be sure to send me a message. If something arrives and is not as expected, please email my shop. Exchanges and refunds are not given, as my products are made to order and often times are customized and personalized. Please use my color chart to make color requests or send me photos of decor or nursery bedding and I am happy to provide free color matching. Please note that colors can vary slightly from one computer screen to another. It's best to view colors on a computer, as phones and other mobile devices can significantly change the appearance of the colors on the screen. If you've purchased a digital file, there are no refunds or exchanges. I send proofs for digital files for your review to ensure I've included all of your information.
