What size prints should I order?
Our artwork is available in 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24, and 24x36. The 16x20 is our most popular size and fits beautifully above a standard crib. The 8x10 and 11x14 are great for smaller nurseries, bedrooms, and gallery walls, while 18x24 and 24x36 create a bold statement in larger spaces. The size guide below can help you visualize how much wall space each option will occupy so you can choose the perfect fit for your room.

When will I receive my prints?
For printed orders, processing takes 3 to 5 business days. This does not include shipping time. You have the option to choose priority shipping at checkout for 1-3 day delivery once shipped.
Can I purchase a custom sized print?
Yes, I am happy to speak with you about your interest in a custom size print. Please contact me via message or support@designsouthchs.com.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, I do not accept returns. Each art piece is made to order. All sales are final. Please choose your art pieces wisely. Product exchanges are only available in the unlikely event you receive a product that is defective or in damaged condition.
What type of paper do you print on?
I print on Matte Fine Art Paper for true depth and range of colors. The combination used for matte coating break up reflections and glare, making viewing from all angles easy.
Without question, this is a truly unique paper that closely matches the brightest colors and sharpest details.
Can I purchase the high-resolution image so I can print it myself?

Shipping
Processing Time
Orders take 3 - 5 business days for processing and printing.
After processing, your order will be shipped.
Packaging & Quality Check
Every print is inspected before it leaves the studio. I review the colors and resolution myself on each one.
Then it is protected in a cellophane sleeve, wrapped in tissue paper, and packaged in a tube with a silica gel packet to guard against moisture in transit.
Domestic Shipping
Shipped via FedEx or UPS after payment and processing.
Delivery typically takes 3 - 7 business days (tracking provided).
Delivery times can vary, especially around holidays.
Important: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for purchasing shipping again if an incorrect address is provided.
International Shipping
Delivery can take up to 4 weeks.
Custom fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Contact me if your order hasn’t arrived within this time frame.
Digital Orders
No shipping needed for digital files—these are sent via email.
For alternate email delivery, provide the desired email in the order notes at checkout.
Invitation files are deleted after 7 days—changes must be made within that period.
Returns & exchanges
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, I will resend it at no cost to you.
Please email a photo of the damage to support@designsouthchs.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Since items are custom-made, exchanges and refunds are not offered.
Color Matching
Color matching is free. I mix custom shades to match your photo rather than choosing from the chart, and send a proof before printing.
View colors on a computer where possible — phone screens can distort how a shade appears.
Digital Files
No refunds or exchanges on digital file purchases.
I send proofs for review to ensure accuracy before delivery.
