About Design South

Design South is a children's art print shop founded by artist Cassie Rinehart in Charleston, South Carolina.

Design South began the way a lot of good things do — small. Cassie, then a Senior Art Director at an advertising agency, started by creating personalized nursery prints for family and friends. Those early gifts turned into an Etsy shop, and the shop grew into a full-time creative pursuit with a large, always-growing catalog of made-to-order designs for nurseries, kids' rooms, and homes across the country.

Each piece is made to order and giclée printed on premium matte fine art paper, chosen for its depth of color and glare-free finish. Personalization is always free — choose your colors, add a monogram or a favorite quote — and a proof can confirm every custom detail before printing.
