I take pride in my designs and excellent customer service. Thank you for taking the time to view my shop. You'll see that I have a variety of items listed. Some items include: prints for nurseries, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more! If you love your product(s), be sure to leave me great feedback. If for some reason, your items arrive damaged or not as expected, please email my shop. I want to ensure that you love the products that you purchase.
Timelines: Each posting includes a standard turnaround timeline. These timelines are for items that are currently listed in my shop. Invitations take 1 - 3 days. Digital downloads are immediate after purchase. Prints typically take 3 - 5 business days for processing and printing. Note: I absolutely customize colors; however, when waiting to verify a proof I've sent you, it will add a business day to processing and printing for each day that the proof has not been confirmed. Proofs are emailed 1 - 3 days after a purchase.
I happily accept custom order requests. If there's something in my shop that you want to reference, include the link with your custom requests. I've found that my customers have great ideas! You can send me photos or links to your decor for color matching. I also have a color chart pictured with each listing for your reference. Note: Colors may vary slightly when viewed on a variety of electronic devices. Also, color matching may not be exact; however, it will be very close to pictures that you send me. When requesting a custom order, I will provide you with a timeline for completion. Note: Timeline could be longer if the order is completely custom. If this is the case, I will provide you with a timeline prior to your purchase if you have emailed me first.
I do not sell canvas prints, frames, or matting. I can, however, give you some recommendations on frames, such as what might work in your space and where to purchase. I am always looking for a deal! If you have questions about types of frames, just email my shop. I am happy to provide you with information.
