I am a happy person and want happy customers. If your package comes to you damaged, I am happy to resend your items at no cost to you. Simply send me a photo of the damages via Etsy conversation or designsouthchs [!at] gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and I'll gladly replace it. If you have questions or concerns about an item you've received, be sure to send me a message. If something arrives and is not as expected, please email my shop.
Exchanges and refunds are not given, as my products are made to order and often times are customized and personalized. Please use my color chart to make color requests or send me photos of decor or nursery bedding and I am happy to provide free color matching. Please note that colors can vary slightly from one computer screen to another. It's best to view colors on a computer, as phones and other mobile devices can significantly change the appearance of the colors on the screen.
